*Children are split into three coed age groups (Pre-K/Kindergarten and 1st grade, 2nd and 3rd grades, 4th and 5th grades) with a low counselor-to-camper ratio.

The entire balance of camp fees is due at the time of registration.

Changing Sessions
A $10 per change per child fee will be applied for changes in camper sessions. All changes are based on availability. We request that families notify us of date changes as soon as possible.

Cancelling Sessions
In the City Camp will honor cancellation refund requests as follows:

  • 50% of camp fees* will be refunded if requested by December 19
  • 25% of camp fees* will be refunded if requested after December 19
  • No camp fees* will be refunded if requested within 24 hours of camp session.

*Does not include before/after care fees, which are refunded in full when cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

In the City Camp does not provide refunds for absences, late arrivals, or early withdrawals of campers.
